Shipping Policy
We always keep our shipping fees as low as possible. Our website is integrated with a real-time United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping calculator that totals the weight and volume of your order and gives you shipping options for speed and price. If by some rare occurrence you are quoted an incorrect shipping rate, we will contact you and correct the charges before shipping the order. Orders that exceed 200 pounds may be shipped via common carrier. Please call or contact us before your order is processed if you prefer this method. This includes full pallets of product.
Delivery dates are determined by UPS, or other carriers, when chosen. Kirkland Family Foods.com is not responsible for any packages that are delayed or lost by shipping carriers.
All pricing, taxes and shipping costs are listed in American currency. All transactions will be completed in US dollars. Excluding weekends and holidays, all orders will be processed in one or two business days, provided the items are in stock and that there are no problems with payment verification.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address may cause delays in shipping. Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be charged to the customer. If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when placing an order, please contact us right away.
Policies and/or shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We may change our rates and/or update our policies periodically. You will be contacted regarding any changes to the policies described above if changes occur after your order is placed, but before it is shipped. In such an event, you will be given the option to proceed under the updated policy or to cancel your order and receive full refund for your purchase. Please check this page regularly for updates.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we will not accept returns. We will however, be more than happy to assist with any defective or damaged products that are reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will gladly assist you with any warranted products by working with both you and the manufacturers to resolve any in warranty issues.
