Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mix ingredients and pour onto griddle in pancake sized puddles. Add milk by tablespoons to thin batter.
